Received the item in good order. Upon unboxing, I was confused on how to assemble it at first because there was no instruction manual included. I just figured it out myself by looking at the picture. I was able to use it immediately and had a good sweat afterwards. I just hope that this is durable.

I can do every excercise with this one ab roller wheel. No need to go to gym anymore. I can do abs, biceps, thighs, wrist.. actually every muscle exercise.
